My name is John Parsons and I am the MD, and having had 20 years’ experience managing yards for international recycling companies I decided to start The Metal Exchange. Using my knowledge and contacts I am able to offer a unique experience, the very highest prices combined with a first class collection service. What We Do

You no longer need to be restricted by the prices of your local scrap merchant; we bring all the advantages of a large competitive scrap yard to your door. Having agreed prices, a collection time slot is organised (weekends and evenings can be accommodated). At the agreed time a vehicle arrives with a digital platform scale. Your material is weighed and immediate payment is made (VAT is paid to VAT registered companies). I am confident that the service we offer is an unrivalled package of price, service and convenience. Our prices are always extremely competitive, but if you can achieve a better deal let us know as we do have a price match policy.
